Pressure cookers have been a staple in my kitchen for more than 40 years, and I wouldn’t want to live without one. They’re great for preparing healthy, simple and delicious dishes quickly. But they also have limitations, and they pose certain difficulties.

A good pressure cooker is a good investment. A well-constructed model that is well-maintained will last for many years. The only component that could need replacing at some point in the line is the sealing of the ring. However, other than this, the pots are virtually indestructible, according to my knowledge.
